Be Creative. Be vital

Concept-international workstyle consultants bv was invited to support Parktheater Eindhoven (City government Eindhoven) in the process of realizing their new premises.

Over a period of 3 years we were involved in: the development of their innovative concept for work-style and work-environment, the support of the building process, the organizational change, the digital knowledge infrastructure and a closing process evaluation.

Next to financial goals (space and cost reductions), the Parktheatre had, also organizational goals in mind by choosing for a new concept. For example, supporting: team spirit, open communication, a dynamic work-style and a high variety of different work patterns.

The evaluation process shows the following results:

• a space reduction of 55%;
• a almost fully digital knowledge infrastructure;
• an increased team spirit (within the organization);
• an increased cooperation (within the organization);
• an increased communication (within the organization);
• a better work atmosphere, and;
• a more open and transparent style.
